ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a local marketing manager who can develop and interpret business and product strategies into market engagement with customers and prospects via a client-centric marketing plan by key segments.
Owning the marketing mix and strategy, you will help build a marketing mix across multiple channels – events, webinars, social media, email campaigns etc. You will be responsible for building brand awareness for the company across Indonesia. Working closely with your local sales, as well as marketing peers in Asia, you will contribute to the sales growth in your region.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the effective development, execution and measurement of marketing strategy and activities for our B2B portfolio in Indonesia, spanning compliance, credit and information services for financial institutions, non-bank lenders, organisations, and SMEs.
- Develop and manage local marketing activities (e.g. on-ground events, sponsorships, digital campaigns etc) from inception through delivery and post-campaign review, with a deep understanding of data-driven marketing techniques.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of all campaigns with the intention of developing insights.
- Working with product, sales and telemarketing teams to create sales enablement materials, including prospecting and customer email campaigns, blog, presentations, case studies, and demos.
- Contribute to revenue by planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads and opportunities for our B2B portfolio.
- Manage local budget with accountability for maximising the return on marketing investment.
- Scale and amplify the company brand through our partner network.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams in Asia to exchange ideas and best practices.
ABOUT YOU
Skills/Experience required:
- University graduate with marketing/business qualification or relevant.
- Minimum 6 – 8 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in B2B marketing in the local IT, financial services, banking or fintech industry.
- Experience working with Indonesian government agencies, banking & fintech partners, and local SME marketing is a plus.
- A strategic thinker with experience in marketing planning and budget management, and a keen interest in data, credit services and its applications.
- An excellent track record of demand generation role, leading to revenue impact.
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in all aspects of the marketing mix and other CRM marketing automation tools.
- Effective and eloquent communicator. Possesses excellent verbal and written proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesian.
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment with a collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
